What a fantastic production of Wicked, a tour de force that excels in every way possible- great singing, wonderful dancing, costumes changing with every number, lighting, lights, music, aerials and stagings that were beyond imagination. We have been attending plays on Broadway since 1974 and...More

We saw the Sunday matinee of Wicked and were able to walk from our hotel on 48th Street to the Gershwin Theatre in a few minutes. Our afternoon there was wonderful. We had fourth row seats in the mezzanine. Our view of the stage was...More

Loved the cozy atmosphere and feeling of an authentic, historical theater. We sat off to the left, but even the side seating was good and felt like you were right there, close to the stage. If you're not from NY, the drink prices may scare...More

So we turn up just after 5pm and enter the lottery draw for that evenings performance. Nope, at 6 the draws made and our name didn’t come out the hat but like most good marketing ploys we’ve bought into seeing the show emotionally. We’re told...More

Visited the Gershwin Theater for the Wicked Musical. It must have been 28-30 degrees Celcius outside that week, so accordingly dressed... It seemed that they expected the Musical FROZEN! It was sooooooo cold!!!! Complained about it during intermission, just was laughed at.... so unprofessional. Therefore...More

Honestly, people don't dress up for the theatre anymore. You could go in anything you want or feel comfortable in.

We are two adults and two children. We had stall seats which were good positions and the total cost was about £480.00 for the four of us. Enjoy the show.
