Financial District
At the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the Financial
District is where New York City began as a center of
commerce. Today, the historic streets and beautiful
setting are complemented by museums, countless
skyscrapers, and the heart of the Financial District,
home to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange.

The observatory visit would have a timed entry to take place right after the tour ends. You usually go right up, but sometimes you might have a wait 5 or 10 minutes with other people with that same time.
