Husband wanted to visit here being a firefighter back home. The staff were not the friendliness, the main firefighter on the floor was too busy chatting up 2 blonde ladies outside the place to bother to speak to my kids. Good to see all the...More

We just happened to come across it. The fire fighter who greeted us was very courteous. There is a mini version of a fire truck for you to go on. Nice souvenir shop. Worth a quick stop.

What an amazing fire safety display/education resource for school kids in nyc. Firefighters clearly very passionate about their work here. Profits from merchandise here go towards ongoing educational efforts and upgrades.

This place is average and really just a shop, they sell on line and the one thing I wanted was out of stock. The few historical items were interesting and the learning centre would be good (but you need a group booking) the retired fire...More
