Saw it while we set sail on the Regal Princess just before sunset. We could clearly see all the buildings including the new Memorial Tower & glided past the Statue of Liberty.

I saw the skyline driving in from New Jersey. Day time and night time. Just beautiful! From the new observation deck you can see different views now. New York is just beautiful! Must see if you get chance.
