Worth your time to cross into Brooklyn or other vantage points and look back on the noisy, busy city. It's a moment of peace to appreciate its evolution.

The Manhattan skyline is almost iconic. We went to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island which offered an amazing and clear view. We haven't found a better place yet to see the skyline.

It is actually as impressive as it is painted to be. Impossible to miss for those who enjoy urban landscapes. Quite advisable watch the sunset from the New Jersey side with a significant other, as it is a fairly safe and very enjoyable experience.

Do take a boat cruise, or else such views will never be yours to see. This view is a world famous view of the Manhattan skyline.

Try seeing it from the Jersey side, it is breathtaking. If you go in the summer, take an around the island boat tour. It's worth it.
