Service when you walk through the door looks like someone grabbing a tray and taking you for a personalized walk through of the humidor. Selection is extensive and prices are reasonable (for NYC). Take some time and grab a seat for your smokes at the...More

Wish they had a better "lounge" experience. Nice touch having associates in Suits. Really like the mild Nat Sherman's and appreciate the rep steering me to try something new. Will try to stop in on my visits to NYC.

Don't go - horrible service, rude employees - just awful. As an avid cigar smoker - I was shocked and saddened about how I was treated. Stay away from this place.

This is a nice place to smoke a cigar. Not that cheap, but oh so good. The service is very friendly. They are so helpful

Luca fooled my brother. I asked my brother to buy some affordable cigars for me while he was in NYC. When my brother came in to this shop on 27th of May 2018 he told to an employee that he is not an expert at...More

As I love good cigars I visited this lovely shop at 5th Ave/East 42nd Str in New York. I bought some cigars and enjoyed one in the shop. Good place to meet interesting people !

What a shame there can be no wonderful old tobaconists in this country any more. I am not a smoker myself but accept how pipe and cigar smokers enjoy meeting and smoking in this wonderful shop with its galleried landing complete with a black grand...More

Perhaps the reason men don’t act like gentlemen is that we’ve taken away all the “gentlemanly” pursuits like a tobacco pipe or a fine cigar. Jazz is supposed to be played in a boisterous smoky bar, but since that is now verboten almost everywhere in...More

Great seeing you again Cliff. Always a great place to stop and have a cigar, watch people walk by if you can get a seat upfront. You won't find better staff for service anywhere

Very impressive. Even before you enter, the doors are solid and strong. A truly old world N.Y. establishment. Hubby was a kid in a candy store. I tested a worn leather club chair while he meandered. Highly recommend.

Hope this email finds you well! I am writing on behalf of Andrew Dunn, a Producer who is working on an audio documentary app, Detour. Mr. Dunn is interested in your experience with Nat Sherman cigars. I am the Researcher for the project. Detour is a new GPS enabled audio documentary app for iPhones. It's already up and running in San Francisco and we're currently creating new pieces for New York. Detour provides a listener with memorable experiences of traveling abroad. For example, we are completing an architectural tour of Midtown that looks at how people interact with various places along a route; it's filled with the stories of individuals who have had important life-changing moments. Detour has also received a positive review from Conde Nast Traveler who mentioned, “The world’s coolest audio guides.” Detour will be available for download on mobile phones by this fall. For more information about its format, please visit "Detour" online. I'd love to speak with you about your experience with Nat Sherman cigars. Please feel free to reply to this message so that you may schedule a time with Mr. Dunn to discuss further. Mr. Dunn will be copied on this message as well.
