I have been to Madame Tussauds in Vegas and absolutely loved it! This location in Times Square pales in comparison; after waiting in line for nearly an hour to get in and paying $75 for me and my daughter we were disappointed; the tour took...More

A little bit disappointed in the lack of dolls, there was a few dolls I was expecting that wasn't there. The Marvel 4D was fun. A tip is to buy tickets online and skip the line! We went at 11 am, a good time because...More

I found this of very low entertainment quality. It is not worth while going too, it looks run down and it is not maintained well. I would not recommend this one.

The place itself was very nice and cool! but they need to learn how to get people in timely! it takes forever! and does not need to. Look at what they do at airports and train stations. You could very easily incorporate key osks that...More

There could have been more wax statues and they need to identify who they all are -- some did not have signs and it wasn't obvious who the person was. It takes about an hour to see all the exhibits if you don't pay for...More

We had to go to Madame Tussaud's to pick up our Big Bus New York City Pass tickets, and while the Big Bus staff left us stewing in a 40+ minute line the Madame Tussauds staff took care of us. (Which is not their job...More

Not the best place for me but if you're into taking pics with celebrities without the celebrity this place is for you!

Interesting figures, majority were spot on, some had the real life like look as you would think that they might start talking to you. If I had to say anything negative it would be the path you take through the different floors was confusing and...More

Went here as part of a package deal. The line ups are designated based on ticket type and we had to wait 20 mins (not the fastest, not the slowest). Figures are on display but info cards are not always nearby. The Presidents are crowded...More

Saw lots of great famous people and there was plenty of different themes of people too. It was over a couple of floors and I loved the ghostbusters area.

I bought the New York pass which includes Madame Tussaud's as admission. We went on a Sunday morning and week before Christmas on a rainy day and it wasn't too busy - only 10 minutes to queue.
