Vast store but never hassled by crowds except for the antiquated lifts. Some super friendly and helpful staff ensured we stayed only 4 hours..................

I have an older R. Weil watch and was looking at the new styles. Salesman would not wait on me even though I was his only customer. I left. He lost a sale. All other salespeople in other departments were very helpful.

This is the iconic Macy's building in New York City. A visit even if it's walking around it is a must when visiting the city.

the Xmas display outside and inside the department store is breathtaking. With ten floors to look, it can be a bit over-whelming however with target shopping could find some lovely discounted clothes. Happy shopping

We visited Macy’s on 23rd December and were really impressed with the store and all its items for sale but were slightly let down as we thought it would be bigger into Christmas than it was. However we were not let down by the quality...More

Unfortunately we do not offer parking at Macy's. We do have a few garage options in the neighborhood. The one I suggest would be the Icon Parking garage located at One Pennsylvania Plaza.
