Top designer brands here. There are two stores in NYC, the one in the financial district is the bigger 6 level one. Good markdowns but still expensive as the prices of these designers are often ridiculous to start off with. I found sunglasses to be the exception, there were fabulous bargains there.

Go early, they open before 8 am. Miss the crowds that way. Unfortunately for me, I am a size 12-14 and not much selection in those sizes although I did manage to get a few nice things. Shoes are in a separate area. We took the subway, train, to Courtland stop and saw the 9/11 memorial first, then shopped.

Second time in NYC and second time at Century. We spent around 3h yesterday and we were not disappointed. You can always find something you are searching for at century. The only negative I can say is the long queue to the fitting room and the cashier. We waited almost 40min in the line for the fitting room and 30... More

Visited here on our recent trip to NYC after reading some of the good reviews. Shop too crowded, really have to make an effort to look for anything and most clothing looked really frumpy (in my opinion). Checkout staff rude. One trip was enough! Woodbury Common far, far better, friendly staff in every store.

If you want to visit a department store where everything is on sale this is the place to visit. The store has five levels where you can find from clothing to electronics, passing through toys and luggage. Everything is less than the original price and they will usually show it in the price tag. Need to have some patience because... More

I ordered online 4 weeks ago, I didnt receive shipping confirmation 2 weeks later. Called Customer Service, the agent advised me my FULL order (4 items) will be shipping tomorrow, I repeated her, as I always order things online and this is usually not the case, she said yes all 4. Ok, I get a shipping confirmation email 2 days... More

This is an amazing place to shop. There are great prices and a huge variety of things for sale. You can get clothing for all ages, housewares, shoes, accessories at unbelievable prices. The store is open early in the morning and closes late. It is also right near the World Trade Center and Eately. A must for those who live... More

Used to be great but has gotten pricey. They also now have to many stores so the availability of good designer clothing is less plentyfull.
