Winding our way through unfamiliar New York streets on bikes isn't my idea of fun, but it turned out to be ok. The hire process was easy, the guys helped us chose the right bikes for each of us, gave us maps and instructions, and...More
we took a Brooklyn tour and it was very nice to go on bikes to Brooklyn.
The guide was a nice guy but he knew next to nothing about New York - I think I knew more. This is not what you expect when you...More
Very good service, bicycles in very good shape. But we got lost would be great they had an app to drive you around, be careful as not all the route has bicycle lane, and there were a lot of construction going on in the way.
We rented from the Pier 17 location - we used our New York Pass. There were 3 of us, they had enough staff there to be really helpful! One lady explained the route across the bridges to us, and they gave us maps as well,...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

First off, thank you for biking with us! We hope you had a fun ride! The deposit you refer to is not actually a charge but a credit card authorization. It is released by the cardholder’s bank when the equipment is returned. I hope this clears up your misunderstanding of our deposit policy and what an authorization transaction is.
