Very good service, bicycles in very good shape. But we got lost would be great they had an app to drive you around, be careful as not all the route has bicycle lane, and there were a lot of construction going on in the way.

HI I don't really know because it was the other person in my group that use his credit card, but I did not hear any complain that the bike company kept or charge more than it should be.
