The Vertical Tour is nice. The tour guide was really interesting he talks about the architecture and history. Nice views, nothing espectacular. Be ready for the stairs, is a total of 200 steps aprox. Is only to do it once.

You'll need to contact the church, but my recall is about 2 1/2-3 hours.

Yes, this is a very easy self-tour. In fact, tours take place even during services, so you're somewhat expected to be self-sufficient.
