It’s a good format and a laugh. Don’t take it too seriously and you will enjoy meeting some people, seeing parts of the village and, most important, laughing.

This year I came back to Accomplice with my 12 year old daughter and my cousin and her two 10 year olds. We took the 3 hour show with some reservations as the 3 hours seemed to us challengingly long. However how wrong we were....More

My kids (18,20) and I have done escape rooms before and decided to book this for something different. Whenever you are in a group of 10 strangers, it takes a little time for group dynamics to develop, so our adventure started out a little slow...More

We took our niece to NYC to celebrate her high school graduation, and after doing Accomplice New York with friends a few years ago, we thought this would be a lot of fun for her. We were disappointed that the experience did not measure up...More

I set this up as a surprise birthday celebration, so there were truly no expectations from our group... I had some ideas about what this might entail. Ultimately, all of us but the youngest (14) found this to be a total waste of time. Boring,...More

Did this with my cousins (55 yrs, 35 yrs, 30 yrs, and 10). It worked for the large age range and was really fun. A couple noteworthy things - I didn't know the secret "theme" when signing up, but I totally loved it. The variety...More

This is a fun, interactive walk around town but it is a walk and unless you book the whole group you will be with strangers (which isn't bad but can be a gamble). Our experience was on a colder day with a bachelorette party and...More

Glad you had a fun time! As you've mentioned, we do let people buy out whole groups and as such it would never be possible for us to use plants (and to be honest we wouldn't want to anyway – part of the fun is...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.

The one in the village was probably not suitable for young kids but older teenagers would likely be ok with it, although we did go to a couple of bars as part of the hunt.

Without giving too much away, the majority of your stops are indoors, however you do need to walk from place to place.
