American Craftsman is a must visit for us when in NYC. An interesting and eclectic selection of wood, glass, jewellery and furniture. The stores have moved around over the years - we visited the current one at 830 7th Ave (53th & 54th St).

The American Craftsman had three stores near our hotel, I went to all of them. They had some great craft pieces there and most were reasonably priced. It was very interesting store and I would go back the next time I stay in the city.

Meeting mom for dinner. She was at theater and was walking around killing time. This store is really cool. Lots of neat pieces. Love the wood boxes. Very pricey but some items are reasonable.
