The tour was informative, engaging and well paced and we learned a lot more than we'd expected across a broad range of music. We saw parts of the East Village we never would have discovered including some truly iconic sights. To top it off we got a great tip on a pub!

Bobbie Pinn knows the East Village like the back of his hand, and he can even give directions to other Ramones related spots (like Queens). I highly recommend this tour!

Pinn is great, knows his stuff and is passionate about the industry. I would recommend this tour as it takes you to places you wouldn't think to go see.

Absolutely LOVED it! Perfect for anyone who loves history, rock and roll, the '40s-'60s, and NYC! I'm only 19, and I loved it and am planning to go back soon!

I did the tour of the East Village with Bobby and the tour of Greenwich Village with Larry. Both tours were amazing. Bobby and Larry are walking encyclopedias of rock music, they have a wealth of stories to share and bring to the tours bags full of photographs, flyers and record sleeves, which really brings the places to life. A bit of walking involved, but allowed us to explore an area of Manhattan that we definitely would not have gotten to on our own and away from the 'touristy' and bustling areas, which we loved. Great mix of music and local history.

i enjoyed the nice walk and tour around lower manhattan of historical sites of the punk music scene that was once vibrant in New York. It was detailed, short and sweet. Maybe add another optional hour to hang out a bar. Or add a bar/punk club hopping/crawl tour of lower manhattan?

I did the East Village Rock n Punk Tour in November 2016 and it was awesome. Not only did I get to explore I part of NYC that I wouldn't normally go to, I learned about a part of rock/punk music that I don't know much about. Got to see Joey Ramone, Charlie Parker, Iggy Pop and Madonna's apartments, the... More

Bobby Pinn's (love the name!) Rock n punk tour of East Village was a rock music lover's dream. So many insights and anecdotes from someone who has been a part of the scene for over 20 years. Informative & entertaining throughout - highly recommended!
