There are so many things to see and do on 5th Ave. Window shopping; Empire State Building; iconic stores, buildings, etc.

First time on 5th Ave., Saks will be revealing their windows on Nov 20th but Lord & Taylor and Macy's are open now.... this is spectacular at night.... take the kids, or stroll with your sweetie. Lots of great photo ops.... get in the spirit!

We were able to walk from our hotel(Sheraton Times Square)to 5th Avenue. Anything you could wish for is along this famous shopping heaven.

Long avenue which changes from down to Up and gets more and more rich closer to Central Park It is worth to srtroll along it

The Fifth Avenue is an iconic place. Its corners have been featuring in many Hollywood movies ( Who could forget Breakfast at Tiffany´s?) and it has its charm with many fancy and beautiful stores.

Yes you will see "Fifth Ave holiday window displays" which is located directly across from Rockefeller Center

sorry for the dlay in responding I was out visiting my parents but to answer your question sorry to say that the fao shwarts toy store is no longer in nyc.
