It’s been 2 years since we were here and it is still not finished. It used to be buzzing with bars and restaurants and there are just shops there now.. Very bland. I hope on our next visit in2019 there will be an improvement!!

Just a few steps from NYC Ferry on Pier 11 between Wall St and Pine St on South St. Fun for pooches. Plenty of obstacles to play with water available in the shade of FDR overpass.
