We visited this museum and the walking tour about 5 years ago. The stories touched us in a way that we knew we had to come back again while in NYC. The tours are narrated by 9/11 survivors and family members. Because if this, no...More

Visited this 9/11 tribute museum today, I had bought vouchers on groupon a few weeks back. It is a hidden gem, nice and peaceful and calming to walk around and hear first hand stories of survivors and families of the victims. Full of memorabilia and...More

This is one of the best attractions we saw during our stay. This is the 9/11 TRIBUTE MUSEUM, it’s not the 9/11 Museum which is right beside the memorial. The Tribute Museum is down the road a bit. Ask any of the security personnel and...More

We had the opportunity to take a tour with a former crane operator who worked on the 9/11 site from day one. What an amazing experience to hear a first hand account of something most Americans will never forget.

We stumbled across this by accident whilst looking for the memorial museum. Would highly recommend. We had a guided tour from a survivor and her story was truly touching! Once in a lifetime experience to hear from someone who was actually there!

As many others have written, this is an outstanding tour. Our guide Jim is a 9/11 survivor and shared his personal story and many wonderful insights about the events that day and the memorial. It was incredibly touching and interesting. And the Tribute Museum was...More
