I enjoyed walking around the grounds surrounding the NYSE as the cobbled streets give this area lots of charm.

As a company listed on the NYSE, I was able to request a tour in advance of our last visit to NYC. There is so much history here that any businessman should go if they have a chance. If you can, be there for one...More

Busy area m-f normal business hours, still the rush is awesome. Wall St. is a must when in NYC. Weekends, early mornings are the best. Less crowded and more opportunities to get great pics.

Landmark building. Good for a photo opportunity. No tours offered. If you're walking around the Financial District, it would be easy to take this in as the area is pretty compact.

It's really hard to get in now due to they way the world is. There's not much to see otherwise. It's not like on TV or in the movies. Just get a photo and move on.

This place is walking distance to our hotel and we went here around 4 to 5 pm. It was not crowded and the building seemed empty. The architecture was detailed and nice. It is a work of art those pillars! We took a few minutes...More

It is situated on wall street. Stock Exchange can not be visited inside by tourists until there is some reference inside. Photos of building is good enough for the memories though.

There is nothing much to see around. Entry in to the building is also prohibited. But being the the largest Stock exchange, visit to this place and clicking a picture is a must.

Financial District
At the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the Financial
District is where New York City began as a center of
commerce. Today, the historic streets and beautiful
setting are complemented by museums, countless
skyscrapers, and the heart of the Financial District,
home to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange.

I was told by a reliable source you can go inside for around a $2000 donation, to what I don't know, and I have no idea how you go about this. I have been inside the exchange before 9/11 and I cannot say it is worth $2000.
