Had a great evening with Cherry Cherry Band doing Neil Diamond impersonation. They did a great job and for the $15 each, you could not have had a better evening. The snack bar needed additional help, 1 person working , 1 person collecting money. Not packed, but had about 250 people. Parking is tight, but no problems once it was... More

I had the opportunity to take in the matinee of Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. I was so impressed by the performances of the large cast. The set was well done. The building is nice and you can get close to the stage seats or sit further back for a wider view. The restrooms are great and I loved... More

We have been attending performances at the Flat Rock Playhouse for many years and have always been more than satisfied with our experience. The playhouse offers professional level acting in a smaller venue allowing one to be more engaged in the performance. This was reinforced when we attended a Broadway touring company performance in Charlotte. The venue was large and... More

The Nashville Roadshow did not disappoint. Great talent, good traditional country music offered in the lovely Flat Rock Playhouse. Reasonably priced tickets, great seating and wonderful entertainment is consistently found at the Playhouse. If you are in the area and looking for some high quality entertainment - this is a must do activity while visiting Flat Rock, NC.

My husband and I enjoyed this wonderful production at the Flat Rock Playhouse! The cast included youngsters who did an outstanding job in their performances. There was even a cast member on stilts...impressive!!! The playhouse is a wonderful venue and is the State Theater of NC...so glad to have this local gem!!!

We went down for the show Mutts gone Nutts. That was a bunch of talented doggies. My sides were hurting from laughing so hard. They really put on a good show.

Attended Mutts Gone Nuts, a one day canine show. The dogs were trained well and it was a delightful performance. I've been to the Playhouse on many occasions and usually have a positive experience; however, my husband and I were totally letdown this time around. There was a minor mix up with our seats, it was extremely hard to see... More
