Loved it so did the family, and to see that the turtle rescue is great. Look forward in going again. The new remodel looks great. Can not wait to see the jelly fish exhibit. The kids loved the touch tank and the sharks. Hope to be able to see the feeding of sharks next time.

Its freezing in the place and to leave and go back in a few time. Felt like the North Pole. But great turtle displays. and was kept up nicely

It's been a long time since I've been to this aquarium but it was a rainy January day and we had nothing else to do so we decided to take the kids. The aquarium itself is pretty small but the exhibits are very well done. What gives it 5 stars is the programming. We got there just in time to... More

This is a small but very nice aquarium. The exhibits are fun and well maintained. The highlight is the turtle rescue. The volunteers are really attentive and will answer all your questions. You can watch volunteers and biologists working with a good portion of the rescued turtles. They also offer an interactive exhibit for kids to pretend to aid a... More

The tix seemed a bit pricey but we were glad we visited. We loved the diver show where we got to watch feeding time in the giant tank. Huge sharks swim right by the large window. There is an open area where you can pet stingrays and handle starfish. Also enjoyed the outdoor Dino park. Fun for kids

My friend and I recently visited the NC Aquarium in Manteo and were very pleased by the experience. The admission cost is low (about $10 for an adult), and the aquarium is impressive considering it is in a smaller town. It is recently extensively remodeled and upgraded with many exhibits featuring fish, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates from fresh- and saltwater... More

Wasn't expecting much compared to the magnificent Baltimore aquarium I'm use to but this placed really wowed me. Not super big but a good selection of fish and animals which you can see really up close. The big surprise is how this aquarium use high tech displays to entertain.

It is reasonably priced a good 2-3 hours of entertainment. Nice exhibits. The turtle hospital is cool and the kids turtle simulation is cool even my teen did it. The staff was friendly and informative. The touch tanks are very cool.

The aquarium is very small and it prides itself on what else you can purchase (e.g. photo of you surfing into a shark's mouth). It is a good idea, but an average visit.
