Do take a tour into the canyon to see these ruins. You will be able to see more details than you can from the overlook.

Great for taking photos. Make sure you get this stop on your tour of the Canyon. I did the 4 hour tour with Beauty Way and loved every second of it. My parents did it again more recently and are planning a September trip.

This site can only be visited by taking a tour with a Navajo guide into the canyon. Our guide did an excellent job talking about this building.

Stunning example of Chcoan culture. We saw from inside the canyon and from overlook and I recommend doing both. The walk to the overlook is not easy so wear good shoes.

Ruins close to ground level. You can get close enough to take some really good pictures. With the right guide you'll also get a lesson in echoes.
