One word. Amazing!! We had time to kill and we were walking out of the gas lamp quarter and thought it wouldn't hurt to try and listen to the symphony. We came away enlightened after such angelic music. Great music. Superb service from ticket masters to the ushers. We hope to return very soon!!

We came for a law school Graduation. The building is so gorgeous with amazing craftsmanship. I can't imagine a finer symphony hall.

When they ply music score for movies I come. Watched my favorites James Bond & Harry Potter. San Diego has an excellent symphony. Support the arts my dear Trip Advisor friends. Perfect date night

In the heart of town. Loved the venue. Found tickets difficult to secure.Had to go on Stub Hub to get tickets as I could never find a legitimate venue site ticket sales office.

I love going to this gorgeous building. Nice architectural finishes, great acoustics. The San Diego Symphony produces some wonderful productions, and I have always had a great time. The seats are comfortable, and the hall has a good concession. This attraction is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars.

We stumbled upon the San Diego Symphony playing at the Embarcadero Park on evening during our visit. Although we didn't have tickets to get close to the orchestra, we were able to hear them play while we were in the park. The finale of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture with fireworks and live cannons was especially fun to listen to. I didn't... More

How wonderful the Summer Pops are... let me count the ways. Hubby and I actually went three times this summer. The first show was the movie Raiders of the Lost Arc that was accompanied by the symphony orchestra. The combination of a great movie, a great orchestra, and incredible weather made for a perfect evening. The second show we saw... More

We enjoyed the concert. Kinda bummed with the incredibly long lines. Website should read, "must bring chairs" but don't expect to sit in them. We arrived early, threw down a towel in a choice spot and once the Fixx began, everyone stood up, blocking the view of us and everyone behind us. We hightailed it to the left off the... More

It is so lovely to watch the sun set...do bring your sunglasses as you'll be facing the sunset, and it's bright! Usually there is a gentle breeze. It often gets cold after the sun goes down, especially if you are sitting in the grandstands or laying on a blanket. No matter how hot the day, I bring a jacket with... More

We saw the 4th oh July Summer Pops Show. It was the perfect location, had a great screen to see better, and the acoustics were fabulous. We sat in the bleacher seats, which were fine. Take a blanket and a sweater for the show. It gets chilly.
