Comfortable seats, good sound, lots of choices. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, mainly teenagers with little care for customer care. Popcorn was cold. But overall if we were in the area again we would likely return.

We came here to see "moonlight". Easy to get tickets on line thru fandango, had reserved seats, so no pressure to find a seat.

Small screening rooms and comfortable seats. But the problem is that the place is more than a tad shop worn, and, above all, the seats, carpeting, etc., needs a through deep cleaning.

if you can wrap your head around the steep, STEEP prices... $26 for two glasses of wine, $30 for two tickets and I didn't even see the price of popcorn... and take it for what it is... a nicer-than-average movie theater with nicer-than-average seats... it's worth consideration. It's definitely a more refined experience than you have at your average movie... More

They charge $16.25 for an adult ticket for a Sunday afternoon show. It's a movie theater and nowhere near as nice as the AMC. That's just ridiculous!

Going to Arclight after Cinepolis makes me swear I won't settle for this experience again. Very limited menu at cafe and can't bring any of them into the theatre. Seats much smaller, close together and don't recline. It was okay but found myself thinking if I am going to spend this much that I might as well go first class.... More

I like arclight cinema as they focus on movie going experience. They have a bar and cafe, but wisely do not serve food inside the cinema part. They have reserved seats and do not show any ads before the movie. They do show trailers. Its our go to cinema in San Diego.

I have been going to the movies at ArcLight Cinemas in La Jolla for quite a few months now and every time I go, I have a wonderful experience. The atmosphere sets the mood, the auditoriums are clean and well maintained, and the staff are pleasant. I became a member of their rewards program a few months ago and it... More

Arclight advertises and promises that it will give you an "interruption-free" movie. Not my experience. During the first first minutes of The Revenant (not the 20 minutes of previews- the film itself) there were lots of people coming into the theatre- people standing up to let them by, walking in front of the screen, etc. After the movie, I asked...
