Such a great place for sunset photos. Plenty of room to walk around and explore and not be on top of other people. Parking is very limited so you may be parking on the street. This was not hard to find a spot but traffic...More

Popular spot to view the sunsets in San Diego. A few small parking lots will let you enjoy the view but get there early for sunset. Or park on the street. Few spots give you steep drops to the water or stay on the top....More

Sunset Cluff is located in the Ocean beach area. We love to visit this area when we're in San Diego. The walk along the beach is okay. There are a few rough parts. Not the greatest beach walk. We didn't bother going back on our...More

Enjoyed strolling along the coast looking at the cliffs created by the seas. Many folks climbing around the different areas, some to jump in the water at the arch created by the erosion of the sea, others to surf or snorkel.

The place is nature at its finest. You can easily drive up to one of the many parking areas (no meters) and watch the sunset over the horizon with unobstructed views.

A stunning place to watch the sun go down. Look out for the Green Flash and if you see this, some say you will be with your loved one forever.

Lovely place. I saw people were jumping from cliffs to go down to beach . I don't do it . The city could make some stairs though. Nice and quiet place. There r not shops around.

My husband and I rode our bikes from a nearby cottage we had rented. It was a bit tricky to manuever on a bike, but worth it. Views are beautiful with plenty of photo opportunities.

If you have a death wish, sure, jump off. Otherwise, not a good idea.
Can weddings be done there?

Yes, weddings are done here but you should get a permit from the city before setting anything up. I have also gone to weddings where they quickly say their vows and leave before getting caught.
