For anyone who has ever had the pleasure of exploring Little Italy with Anthony, you know that it is the old Italian recipe for a fantastic evening. Anthony knows everyone (and has a story to share about all of them...) and you quickly become family in the neighborhood. The food is spectacular and sample sizes lead to a very satisfying... More

My wife and I really enjoyed Anthonys Old School Food Tour of Little Italy in San Diego. There was a generous supply "real" Italian food. Equally important and enjoyable was Anthonys narrative of the history of Little Italy.

What a fun food tour! Our family has visited Little Italy many times, but we've never eaten so well or enjoyed ourselves so much. We took the Old School Little Italy Food Tour, guided by Anthony, who made us feel as welcome as family. He took us to five restaurants, where we were treated like special guests and where we... Anthony was such a great tour guide for our group! First of all, his energy and charisma are infectious, so you know you'll have a good time immediately. Then he feeds you! Oh mamma mia, that was some great Italian food! I've eaten what I thought was good Italian, but the dishes we tried on this tour I had never... More

Our PEO Chapter suggested aTour of Little Italy. I was picked to organize the event. I was so fortunate as Anthony made the job a breeze. He gave us tips on where to park, first 2 hours free. I was able to use PayPal to pay for the event. The tour was fantastic and we were all able to hear... More

If you love Italian food you have to go to little Italy for the best Italian food and pizza. Filippis pizza grotto is the best.

Thanks Anthony for the fabulous tour. We enjoyed every moment of the stories of Little Italy of San Diego. We appreciate the immigrant history of your area and hope it remains the vibrant close community that it is. We enjoyed a delicious pasta dinner at Filippo's in your recommendation. This tour is a must-do in San Diego.

Anthony made our Meet Up groups birthday tour a real treat. Even sang in Italian! He knows everybody, has complete knowledge of the area, and tells his tales with great enthusiasm. I am a local and this was my third time taking a tour by Anthony. I learn something interesting and new every time.

What a wonderful time our small group of friends had today. It was a real treat to learn the history of the fishermen who originated this community, to view the historical sites of downtown Little Italy and gain an insight to their significance in the development of this Italian community. The day was perfect for our walking tour. We ventured... More
