My husband and I were looking for a different way to see the sites of Boston without hopping on the crowded Duck Boat tours or trolley rides. The CityView Bike Tour was perfect! We had a pretty good sized group, but our 3 tour guides made sure we got through all of the intersections and on our way safely. We... More

This was a wonderful, engaging way for us to see the city and learn about Boston. The pace of the ride was relaxing and the tour lasted about 3 hours. The bicycle tour is suitable for all ages and for riders with a wide range of skill levels. The guides provided an entertaining narrative of the history of the city,... More

Richard and Sarah, We are pleased to hear you had an awesome time with us on tour and best of all, we set the tone for a great visit to Boston. Perhaps on a return visit, you will decide to do our Cambridge tour; every autumn we offer a fall foliage tour of the emerald necklace; or even renting our... More

We were a family of four with two teens (13,16) and took the City View tour. Having lived in Boston while in grad school, it was a great way to introduce the city to the rest of the family! The tour guides were knowledgeable and safety conscious which was a plus. It was an unusually warm day for April and... More

I went to both TripAdvisor and Yelp to look for a quality location to rent a bike for the Midnight Boston Marathon Bike ride (I highly recommend it!!). This place popped up on both sites, I was simply looking for well maintained bikes that I could be safe on for a long bike ride (30 miles). It wasn't the cheapest... More

It's great that you participated in one of Boston's best riding experiences, the Midnight Marathon bicycle ride. We advised coming in early for your rental to ensure we would have the proper size bike in stock and for you to avoid the 4pm rush. The nice weather combined with the Easter holiday made this one of our busiest days of... More

Cambridge Tour - along the Charles River. We loved this tour. Our guides Pel and Greg were very knowledgeable. We went with our kids ages 14, 12 and 8. The whole family enjoyed it and we saw and learned about parts of Boston that you would miss on a trolley tour, etc. We highly recommend this to everyone!!

I enjoyed this tour very much. The guides were knowledgeable, efficient, and very safety conscious, which I like. The hardest part of the ride occurred in the beginning, a steep uphill include at Beacon Hill. But it was over fast and the rest of the ride is pretty easy. My only real complaint is that this was more of a... More

We only had one day to get outside between days of rain. Great way to get an overview of the city and a little exercise. Our tour guides were very helpful. And the route was easy, almost flat and paved. Bike lanes on most of the streets. Would definitely recommend

We had several questions before signing up for the tour and they were quickly and efficiently dealt with by email. On arrival the process of signing liability wavers, issuing equipment and having a safety briefing was efficiently dealt with. Though at times our processing moved dangerously close to officious rather than efficient. However the quality and condition of the bikes,... More

Owning Reykjavik Bike Tours and bicycle rentals I have a special interest in visiting bicycle shops and doing tours in other countries. I totally enjoyed the 3 hour tour offered that day which was guided by Alex, 23 year old bicycle enthousiast and college graduate in geology. The route was easy, nearly totally flat, paved and with surprisingly little traffic.... More

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
