This church is close to the the finish line of the Boston Marathon. The Sunday morning "Blessing of the Athletes" services are inspiring! This is a Christian denominational church, but truly, it is a place where everyone is welcome. The atmosphere is warm and friendly....More

I decided to attend the first Palm Sunday service at 9:00 this morning. This service took place in the chapel, so there were chairs instead of pews. I guess they were saving the traditional Palm Sunday gospel for the 11:00 service in the main sanctuary,...More

We made a brief stop in this old church. It was very interesting to look at the architecture from 1875 when the church moved to it's current location. There was choir practice going on when we were there, making it even more interesting.

Short haired front desk attendant would not allow LGBT person to use the church's restroom, yet minutes later allowed a Cis-gendered woman who was there for the same event to have access to the church's restroom. Disgusting and blatantly discriminatory.

Spent some time wondering around the church and very much enjoyed the architectural design. The tower is also very tall and dominates the skyline there.

Old South Church is free to enter. Great history and right across from the library. Don’t forget to look up inside!

The Old South Church is like the polar opposite of the Old North Church. This church is more gothic and reminded me of churches I have seen in Europe. It is more square though and had a few interesting features like a center "sky light"...More
