Attended the blessing of the athletes there for the past 2 years. What a welcoming congregation! Lovely church and music. The message and spirit there is amazing. If I lived in Boston, this would be my church.

Attended the blessing of the athletes service and so glad I did. The building is beautiful. The music was wonderful and the congregation was very welcoming to visitors. I hope to return someday.

While on a recent visit to the Boston Public Library, I decided to finally stop into this church. As I looked at the beautiful architecture and stained glass windows, I wondered what had taken me so long. The building is from the 1800s, but the church community dates back to the 1600s. The staff is very welcoming and their is... More

The outside architecture is beautiful/unique and very picture worthy. The inside contains beautiful stain glass windows. Entrance is free and the time spent to visit this church is well worth it. Also be sure to visit Trinity Church and the Boston Public Library all across the street from each other in Copley Square.

We were meeting some friends at a breakfast place in the area. We were early so we walked around and all of a sudden there' s the Old South Church. Get out your camera because it's quite striking given the neighborhood. That's Boston for you. Loaded with history and old buildings to see.

In the center of Boston, you will certainly walk by this church so drop in for a visit. It is not a big church but worth paying a visit.

This Church is located next to the Public Library. It opens everyday for public from early morning till late. This Church had long history so worth for visit. This Church has a very open minded attitude so they have jazz event. They also welcome different sex orientation people too.

A superb piece of Boston Architecture, the inside of the church is as good as the exterior, also, nice to see engagement with the poorer side of the Boston community with all the good works they do!

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
