The Fens is a great walking trail with peaceful ponds and nice views of the Prudential Tower. There’s a beautiful rose garden and Victory Gardens - co-gardening spaces.

This park is scrubby and kind of natural. Nice for runners and strolling in the day time. No lighting at night however. There is a lovely little (and fragrant) rose garden to visit near the Emerald Necklace.

We walked all throughout the back bay fens and enjoyed looking at all the gardens. Very beautiful and worth the visit.

It is conveniently located in the middle of city. Very nice area to unwind and relax without long commutes.

We walked from our hotel on Huntington Ave to Fenway Park. This area only added to the leisurely stroll. Boston really is a city for walking.

We were staying nearby and wanted to walk to the Museum of Fine Arts. We were directed to walk along the Fens and later found it was the long way around. There are several bridges within the Fens to take you from one side to...More

Walked here from Fenway park, unfortunately the park looks to be under construction. Will probably be gorgeous in a few months!
