The tour was very good, a few of the drivers were a bit boring and rude but since each stop and rotation is different, you won't always have the same driver. Sometimes the mic would go out and it would be a bit hard to...More

We took this tour because it came with our go card for Boston. What a waste! The driver, who didn't say her name, took the most indirect route , thereby making us too late for a tour of the Boston tea party museum that my...More

We didn't find the CityView trolley experience to be particularly helpful or pleasant. We saw and learned so much more by merely walking (for free!) along the Boston Freedom Trail the day before taking the trolley. I agree with some of the other reviewers -...More

The trolley service had good routes with frequent stops. The drivers varied greatly in their level of professionalism and skill. Our first driver was very kind and informative. The others missed the mark. One lady continued to make political comments we found unnecessary. She yelled...More

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with

statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have

You're right, there're windows with plastic zip, the only comfort is a little fan for the driver.
