Good way to start your explanations of the Revolutionary War, by taking your kids here and talking about the events with his famous ride. Combine this with the Freedom Trail and visits to Lexington and Concord and they will be impressed.

I was truly amazed at the sight of Paul Revere's Statue. He is indeed worthy of being immortalized on top of his horse as he tried to alarm co-Patriots John Hancock and Samuel Adams about the British plot to arrest them. Highly recommended for all...More

Any visitor to Boston needs to visit the Paul Revere Mall to see the Paul Revere statue, the Memorial Garden, and the Old North Church. This is a great area for a rest stop for those walking the Freedom Trail.

This square is quite large and has some shade to help you stay cool when it is warm outside! A quiet respite in the city. Gorgeous photo spot with the North Church behind the statue. Take advantage!

This statue is fairly nice as far as statues go. And it depicts and important event in US history so that is nice. But it only takes a couple minutes to look at, as it is a statue.

Our group was not expecting to encounter Paul Revere along the trail as we approached the Old North Church. It's a beautiful bronze statue and certainly a wonderful place for a photo op and a quiet break before or after touring the Old North Church....More

A little out of the way, we found the statue during our sojourn along the Freedom Trail. The nicest thing about it honestly was the fact that it was shaded, and allowed us to get out of the sun for a bit.

This is a beautiful statue of Paul Revere on horseback between Old North Church and the Paul Revere home. It's a great place to take a picture.

With the Old North Church in the background, this statue is a great statement of Paul Revere's role in the American Revolution. Lovely gardens and fountain right behind it as well. Well worth seeing.

Paul Revere was an American silversmith, engraver, early industrialist, and a Patriot in the American Revolution. He is best known for his midnight ride to alert the colonial militia in April 1775 to the approach of British forces before the battles of Lexington and Concord.
