So glad we bought the 7-day T pass. After braving the cold to walk the Heritage Trail from around Copley Sq to Bunker Hill and then to see the USS Constitution, it was wonderful to jump on the ferry FOR FREE and taxi back downtown....More

When you make reservations, you can tell the Water Taxi where you'd like to go. Depending on who else is riding and where they want to go, you could be taken directly to PIer 8 or to Pier 8 after a few stops. We were lucky... More

The storage area is a small luggage room at the back of the ticket office. No climate control that I saw!

Absolutely. Take it across the harbor where there are numerous restaurants. You can still be back with time to spare
