We enjoyed one of the two final Daniel Meyer concerts in Asheville in September, and it was an exceptional event. Of course, highlighting the concert was the Beethoven Emperor Piano Concerto. Attending this event brought to mind again what a truly great symphony orchestra Asheville...More

We are frequent attendees at the Symphony and have always enjoyed the music. This time the focus was on Ravel and duke Ellington. There was an amazing solo Saxaphone player. The music was outstanding.

Asheville has an excellent symphony orchestra for a city of this size. Acoustics are fine. Not a bad seat in the house. Auditorium could use some renovation, which seems to have begun.
