We had reservations to visit and arrived a little early. We did not have to wait to be escorted to the Chapel. The volunteer guide told us about the Chapel's construction and the history of its furnishings. It is a beautiful chapel with wonderful acoustics. A pianist with our group was permitted to play the piano while our group sang... More

this is a beautiful area that serves as a historical journey in Billy Graham's life , As a servant to God and others, the chapel is a history lesson.. The area is served by volunteers who love what they do and it shows. Our church group visited and were blessed with the beauty and serenity of the chapel and gardens,... More

I absolutely loved this visit. There were only 3 of us plus the guide and n the tour. One might think, they might be out to get you saved again. But it's not like the time I visited the Mormon temple in SLC where they send out little missionaries 2 by 2 to convert you to Mormonism. But back to... More

i was there yesterday and I was told to see the chapel is kind of rare that it's mostly for the family now adays and for practicing musicians.. Security is tight on this property the security guard nearly asked me to state my business and scanned my ID and then one of the volunteers wanted to know where I was... More

Peaceful, quiet, and beautiful! Interesting and without a doubt will bring you closer to God! Had the entire place to ourselves (raining!) and the staff was very attentive and informative!

No trip or retreat at The Cove is complete without a visit to this beautiful architectural gem in the forest. We arrived around 10 in the morning and were the only humans there. We sat quietly in the chapel and prayed and then toured the downstairs which is a microcosm of Billy Graham's life. Peaceful and lovely.
