I will say I was looking forward to this event. We booked the 2 hour experience driving the Ranger Rover. After it was over I would do it again, but my wife and kids would not. We have been to Moab and we were expecting trail rides with views and seeing the entire estate, but it was a 2 hour... More

I bought the one hour class and drove a brand new Land Rover lr4 through some pretty involved trails. My instructor was Ben and he was very thorough to make sure everyone was safe. My wife and kids were able to ride in the back seat. If I make it back to biltmore I will definitely do the longer class.... More

I consider my self a moderately experienced off road 4x4 type driver and have done quite a bit in the past. My wife on the other hand is brand new. Our "guide" Aaron, was great. He taught us about the capablities of the LR4 we were driving, and helped teach us both new techniques that can be applied to any... More

I may have had higher expectations than most may have. I have done the driving school at The Greenbrier, so I somewhat knew what to expect. While this course was cool, 1 hour just wasn't enough to do the extreme that they say they offer here at The Biltmore. If you want to cross water and heavier terrain make sure... More

We have done the one hour lesson elsewhere. This was as good. Nice driver. Fun. However .... I don't agree with this policy that you have to buy admission to the Biltmore estate. We'd just been the month before and to buy admission to property again seemed unreasonable. No bargains here, but I guess that shouldn't be a surprise at... More

As a retired senior military officer I have been a great many places and done a lot of diverse and interesting activities. This is ONE OF MY FAVORITES, woo hoo! Bingo = adult fun! The instructors are impeccable, the adventure is awesome. One earns the incredible capabilities of this vehicle and is given the opportunity to do it in a... More

If you are trying to think of that gift for the man in your life who has everything, this is the perfect surprise. It is an off road driving experience. It is well worth the price, although a bit high but worth the splurge. You do not go fast but is some how exhilarating. When my friend from Fla came... More

I spent an excellent half day with Ben Wootten and a 2016 LR4. Three days of rain prior and lots of steep hills, wet clay, pot holes, and man-made obstacles on the trails made for an interesting lesson. The vehicle is stock as stock is, including the tire pressures, so you can experience what the vehicle can do straight off... More

My husband and I were impressed with the performance of the vehicle and our driver was very knowledgeable but it was "boring" and "slow" for our kids.
