We love to stroll through this lovely building, especially at Christmas time. We used to go to the Grove Park Inn to see the gingerbread houses, but the inn now charges $20 just for parking. At the arcade, you csn see some of the gingerbread...More

We had never heard of the Grove Hotel, but at breakfast a lovely woman told us about this wonderful Gingerbread House competition. To say it was fabulous would be an understatement. The Hotel is a stone beauty in the hills of Ashville. We were all...More

We love to spend time in the Grove Arcade. There is a good variety of shops with distintive merchandise. It is uncluttered and clean.

I love the diverse shops here. When you get tired of shopping, there is a great wine bar at one end or an interesting champagne bar at the other end.

There are a number of exceptional arcades from this era around the world. This one has potential but needs to be refurbished.

I truly love old shopping arcades but Grove Arcade in Asheville was just ho-hum. It was tiny and the specialty shops were high priced. I think I was expecting something a little funkier from Asheville.

Other than the Book Store on the corner, there really isn't much too see - expensive boutiques - kinda geared for tourists more than anything else. There are other things to spend your time on in Asheville.

An historic arcade within Asheville CBD. Exterior of building is almost art deco. Inside on the ground floor are a number of boutique shops, above are offices and apartments. Worth a short walk to appreciate.

??? Sorry. Probably need to just call the stores there that sound like they might carry something like that.
