We chose this tour because of a previous review. Are we glad we did! We ran into another ghost tour with 35 people. Our tour company kept our numbers down to 14 people per tour with multiple guides. It was informative, fun and yes, even creepy. Had never before been on a tour where we actually connected with ghosts. Loved... More

We were most grateful and appreciative that this tour doesn't overbook. We've been on tours that had over 20 or 30 people and it's hard to hear. They broke us down into 2 separate tours with different guides so everybody got attention, could hear and stay together. More tours should do this.

Our family took the tour. Doesn't matter if it's young kids, teenagers, adults or gramps, this is entertaining for everyone. A good choice to make everybody happy and to while away an evening.

We signed up thinking it would be a corny and artificial experience. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about Asheville and its history, so when we got minimal responses from the paranormal, we got a morbid history tour instead! There were a few things with the informality of it all: our host was a bit... More

If you expect the best, you'll get it here. Fantastic balance between the history and paranormal information. We've gone on a lot of paranormal tours and learned and done things we've never done before. Good show!

We've been on many ghost tours. They vary a lot. This one had a great mix of people (not overbooking the tour) and everyone got involved using the equipment and comparing pictures. The guide (Denise?) did a super job including everyone, making us into a sort of team. We had some ghostly experiences we've not had on other tours like... More

We weren't sure we were going to make it, and Debra stayed with us on the phone directing every turn in the car and staying with us as we walked to the meeting point. We would never have made it on time if it hadn't been for her and that would have been a real loss. The weather was just... More

My wife and I had a great time. the our was led by Taylor who was very knowledgeable and provided great insight into the lore of the Asheville darker and seamier side. We saw several things that we had not seen on some of the previous tours that we had been on. Iwould definitely recommend!

I expected more activity to seek out ghosts. Most of the tour centered on providing a history of ghostly things that occurred in some of the historic buildings in downtown Asheville with one area that we actually used divining rods to try to communicate with ghosts. The gaus meters and laser temperature indicators were mostly for show and were worthless... More

We're sorry you were disappointed in our tour. Unfortunately, in a downtown area, we have no control over traffic or traffic sounds -- a problem all urban ghost tours contend with and try to work around. The instruments are fabulous to work with, but it is our job to continually work with guests to implement them within the tour, ask... More

My husband and I booked this tour last minute--my call was returned immediately, so that was nice. It was raining a little but it was addressed in a kind way and everyone was willing to get a little damp for the walk. Taylor was our guide and he is the best guide I've had on a tour, right up there... More
