The people working here are very helpful and will advise you and answer any questions you have about the town or visiting Biltmore Hotel which is the reason we traveled to Asheville. We went to several restaurants they recommended and were very satisfied

Went here to purchase tickets for the hop on hop off trolley and the people working here were not very helpful or friendly. They rushed us through our ticket purchase and onto the trolley, then we sat there for 10 minutes before the trolley left.

You will find several recommendations about hotels/motels to stay at in the area with some discounts, but I don't think they give any specific recommendations because they can't show favoritism to any particular hotel/motel... More
