This is a huge, beautiful park with lots to do and many interesting geological features. There are lots of trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding and several old homesteads to visit. The Twin Arches and the Blue Heron mining community were our two favorite...More

We love the trail system here there's something for everyone. Some trails have ladders to scramble down, other trails are pretty flat. Horses and mountain bikes are accommodated too. The campgrounds are excellent! Many people bring their horses to stable and ride.

You could hike and site see for ever here. So many places to see. As someone previously mentioned you need to get a map and plan your visit here. Millions of overlooks, falls. rapids. caves, hiking trails, fishing etc. Beautiful park.

The Big South Fork was a highlight of our week-long vacation. Yahoo Falls in the spring rain was fabulous! Yahoo arch was neat, too. Twin arches was fun -- to walk on the arches. But the best photo we got was from the East Rim...More

We were very impressed with the clean restrooms and showers at Bandy Creek and also the solitude and beauty of the twin arches hike. Only down side was people didn't keep their dogs on a leash which was difficult with our puppy on a leash.
