Some friends from out of state and I were riding the Jemez this past September and saw a little sign simply saying 'Don Quixote Distillery' along the side of the road. Without a hesitation, we turned our bikes onto the little road and after a...More

We must've driven by twice before finally stumbling into Don Quixote as the signage is really lacking. Upon arriving we were greated by a lady who I couldn't tell was annoyed or thrilled that we were there. We did a sampler of a handful of...More

This place is a little hidden. You almost feel like you're going through a neighborhood but it's there, I promise! And you won't regret the trip. Everything I tasted was amazing and the people are very knowledgeable and super friendly. And addition to the spirits...More

There's some interesting gin and vodka here (there's other spirits, but that's what I tried). I greatly enjoyed having something different and there's definitely subtle details. It's worth a stop and nice to take the time to sip and tease out the differences. It's easy...More

The wine tasted like vinegar and was carbonated. We threw it out. What we tasted at the "winery" was not what we purchased.

Enjoyed stopping in at Don Quixote on our way back from Santa Fe. I especially enjoyed the Rojo port, and my husband liked the blue corn bourbon. Great!
