We absolutely love taking our kids to this park. Lots of different things for kids to explore - trains, helicopters, planes - and a maze too! The floor is covered with cork - soft for kids who might fall. The carousel runs during spring and...More

This park is convenient, but I won’t go out of my way for it. The entire playground area is covered in some type of urban, rubber matt. There are a few immature trees in the park, so it heats up like crazy on a warm...More

My grandchildren have loved visiting this park many times. The best feature is that it's designed to allow children with disabilities to have fun at a playground but all the kids have fun here.

Parking can get tight as it is popular. Go early to get a spot. Lots of 'soft' ground for kids to fall on and plenty of outdoor activities and structures to climb over and run around in. Name is odd but apparently named after the...More

A joyful experience. Lots of kids from surrounding states; even see some from farther away. Carousel in summer. No entry fee; a Fairfax County Park. Plenty of parking. Lots of ways to keep a young child entertained and delighted. Spaces for picnics with prior reservation.

Lots of people with young kids go there, especially during the week ends. Very good and extensive playground, mostly for young kids 2-7/8 years old. Very safe also.
