Hiked out and got off trail. Hooked up with group of people on a guided tour. Got to a ladder I did not like and turned around and went back.

This area has beautiful rock formations but we found it is best to do on a sunny day with blue sky and white puffy clouds otherwise the formations do not have justice done for them.

I felt like I stepped back in time to the wild west. We made a lot of stops to marvel at the scenery. It's a scenic drive right outside Moab. We went in winter and weren't able to drive up to the overlook on the mountain because there was so much fog but, still saw a lot. Can't wait to... More

Great scenic drive from I-70 to Moab. The valley was wonderful. Visited the Castle Creek winery along the way which was an unexpected treat. The adjacent lodge looked lovely.

This is a beautiful drive. So many colors. My son kept talking about all the dinosaurs that lived in the area. You could picture dinosaurs roaming.

A lonely valley near Moab with the best B&B I've ever been. If you seek quietness, but still don't want to be too far away from Arches & Canyonlands NP, this is a place for you. 20 minutes ride from Moab centre, all along beautiful Colorado River.

A really scenic drive with plenty of pull over stops (and toilets!!) to make the most of the views. Worth a slow meander down.
