In a recent trip to San Francisco with my six year old granddaughter I made a trip to the Cliff House for breakfast. I tried to find things to do with her that both she and I would enjoy. We decided to have breakfast there...More

There’s a camera obsura here that’s cool. Nice ocean view. Place to eat and hangout. It’s cool to see the original building, o would’ve loved to have seen it.

We had fun exploring the ruins of the baths (old swimming pools) and the history was interesting to me not so much my kid who just wanted to explore dangerous concrete remains!

I came here with my family and I admit that the free croissant was unforgettable. This is by far the best bread I’ve ever had. Moreover, the other dishes were also great. A bit pricey, but well worth t. Simply amazing

If your close & weather is good this is a nice area to walk around. Restaurant is expensive & usually requires prebooking.

Had drinks at the bar, with breathtaking, sweeping views of the Pacific coast. I could have stayed all day watching the coastal waters beat up on Seal rocks.

I strongly recommend getting a reservation. The Cliff House is a good ride from downtown and very popular. A number of private events are held there. It would be a shame to arrive there and be denied table seating due to... More
