There are other Farmer's Markets in the city, such as at the Ferry Building, but I feel you get the better price at this one. If you go closer to closing time, you can get even bigger bargains. A wide variety of fruits, veggies and...More

If you like outdoor markets, this is the one with lots of exotic produce, mostly from nearby gardens. Some prepared foods as well. Popular with the locals.

Friendly and festive are the flavors that best describe this open air grocery store in the theatre district of San Francisco. Whether you're looking for fresh picked asparagus, pink oyster mushrooms, or strawberries, this is the place to create a scrumptious meal. Shoppers Tip: Take...More

The best thing about the market was this honey roasted almond butter I found, they gave you tastes. It had a great flavor with out being too sweet. They also had good looking fruits and seasonal veges. Here's a good tip if you are driving....More

Always have the best and freshest fruit and produce. Love that there is Wed. and Sun. markets. This seasons' peaches are the sweetest. Melons are delicious too- bring your own bags or rolling cart. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

The Farmers Market is a nice place to visit, but the homeless lying around on the venture to and from the market ruin the experience. The City needs to clean up their issue of homeless lying around, rummaging through garbage and pan handling.

Civic Center
Civic Center is the seat of power for all things
government and performance-related in the city.
Although its streets are best walked during daytime,
numerous cultural gems are within close proximity to
one another. The symphony, opera, ballet, and jazz
center offer year round entertainment within the
shadow of the city’s Beaux-Arts crown jewel: the gold
tipped dome of City Hall.
