I booked this tour on the very last moment. I was having a couple of days off so thought to go in this. Angel was mu tour guide. Apart from me there were 2 more people. It was bit expensive but was totally worth it.

This was the most expensive tour we had during our 3 week visit to the USA in October 2013. However, as it turned out we were the only two on the tour that day. Angel was our tour guide and we started off in Chinatown where I took some great photos. This included watching (and photographing) fortune cookies being made.... More

I took this tour in March 2014. It was a beautiful sunny day and I was fortunate to be the only person who signed up for the tour. It is nice to know that a tour will run with only one participant. Angel was my guide. He helped me a lot with ideas for composing photos, and he showed me... More

I took the tour with Angel in October of 2013 and it was absolutely fantastic. I was especially interested in China town and Angel did not disappoint with his knowledge of the area and the unique perspectives he was able to impart. Angel was very patient with me as I struggled to re-learn the manual settings on my camera (I... More

My first time in San Francisco. With tour guide Angel, I had a great time in this wonderful town. We made a lot of Pictures, and they were really good. Best Thing to do in San Francisco, if you like photography.

I spent 3 hours with Angel and I have to say it has been a very good experience. He knew every single shop and corner of chinatown! I also got from him a long and detailed list of other Frisco spots I should have seen before coming back to Roma... Great advices! Thanks Angel

Learned a lot about my camera and what to shoot. Brawlio really knows his stuff. He showed me lots of things you wouldn't get in other tours. Lots of great shots to show. Thanks a bunch, you guys rock! Warren

This was my first trip to San Francisco and this was a great way to see the city! Brawlio was my teacher and he was wonderful, he taught me about my camera and gave me examples of how to get different looks from my camera. We walked through many areas of San Fran and I learned a lot of information,... More

I took a tour in July with Patrick Power, and he gave me an excellent introduction to much of San Francisco's history, along with some solid photographic instruction. While I normally use a point and shoot (or just my phone!), Patrick helped me take some very good-looking pictures with an SLR, and explained both the technical ideas (exposure, depth of... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
