The Angel Island Immigration Station is part of the California State Parks system, but is supported financially and politically by the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation. It therefore enjoys a significantly better state of preservation, interpretation and publicity than the other sites on Angel Island....More

I went to Angel Island Immigration Station. I read a lot about the station and I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered. I was grateful that the Immigration Station was finally opened, to visitors, in the year 2010. I took a...More

After a nice shuttle & walk on a sunny day, it's quite sobering to view the exhibits at the Immigration Museum. Very well done, nice outdoor information panels and setting. Do not miss.

The guided tour by a docent was superb. He was very knowledgeable. His presentation with nice elaborations was most interesting. Well worth the time as a part of a visit to Angel Island.
