Small main area along Castro with nice small shops, quick eateries and sit down restaurants, Castro theater, and a lot of history! Long ride on the F bus from downtown, but worth it for the $2.75 fare.

Spent the afternoon in the Castro area. Went to visit the Human Rights shop along the main road. Very well kept area. Loved the friendly community feel of the place. Streets full of young people. Wish more places could be as tolerant as this place....More
