They say they guarantee an English speaking person but mine didn't and had to use a translator app to communicate. When I contacted the Elif limo folks they said they would get someone who did speak English. The driver contacted me about getting a new driver or continuing to use her with the translator. I stayed with the non-English speaking person and communicated VIA text. All in all, provided the service I requested but they are still working out some hiccups I'd say. If I hadn't needed a car seat for the trip, I probably would have used an uber or Lyft instead.

Day of my flight the driver confirmed my flight. He left a phone message to contact him when I arrived and had my luggage. He was at wrong terminal, but he said he would be at correct terminal in 3-5 minutes depending on traffic. It was 30 minutes before driver-Danny arrived. He swore and said he got $100 violation ticket for waiting at departure level. He never told us meet at departure, I told him what door and where I was. We got in car and he sped and drove erratically from airport onto highway.He swore in vehicle again! I didn’t ask him to stop as I was worried he would leave us stranded. He asked where we were going- it was on my reservation.In San Francisco he drove through rough neighborhoods. He tried to talk to us about SF a few minutes before arriving at out Hotel.
I contacted the company, who apologized and said they would investigate??!! I wanted a different driver on return trip.

Return trip the driver- Rui contacted me to confirm time and airline for departure.
Rui showed up on time- he was polite, professional. Opened doors, handled our luggage safely. It was a smooth, secure, safe drive to airport.

I have been to San Francisco 4 times previously. Sometimes they reroute through other streets depending on traffic- but not through undesirable neighborhoods.

We decided to book a car service this time rather then use a taxi. Figured it would save us time and money. WOW!! was I every wrong. Our flight ended up being delayed and arrived at SFO apx 45 late.
The driver said he would wait and that he was there to pick us up. When we got to the pickup location he was no where to be seen. After texting with him numerous times he finally arrived 30-40mins later. The vehicle was much older than advertised, there was no air conditioning so it was quite hot. The driver spoke almost NO english and offered no rational for being so late.
The day before we were to leave, I had still NOT received any conformation with regards to our pick up time to go back to SFO. I called the company and they claimed that they had forgotten to send me the info. They also were planning on arriving at my hotel 3.5 hours before my flight (way too early). I asked if I could get a slightly later pickup, and they said that there would be an additional charge.
Needless to say, I will NOT be using a car service again!! Would NOT recommend.

I booked a limo for transfer on 18 Aug from NYC to New Haven CT. I then called the company on 16 Aug and spoke to Isaam on the phone to cancel this reservation (the cancellation policy is 24 hours) and immediately followed up with an email.

A month later, they have still not refunded the massive amount of $365 owed to me. This company is a scam.

This email to Elife says it all!
We are contacting you again to advise of the very poor service. We have received so far with regard to our transfers. The transfers were booked in the name of John Lorenz by Travel. Agent Penny Meallin of Travel manages Australia in all 11 transfers we are booked.
Specifically our concerns are: with one exception, failure to "meet and greet" as requested;
*extreme difficulty in communication with drivers to identify a specific meeting place inbusy airports, train stations or ship ports; *lack of clear advice regarding meeting place; *lack of knowledge on the part of drivers regarding destinations or drop off points; *denial by drivers of knowledge of services for which we have requested, had confirmed and paid for; *most recently, the belligerent response by the driver when challenged as to not providing services required. Further only one Driver has carried out the meet and greet as confirmed and paid for.
This leaves us with real concerns about the viability of subsequent transfers. We are an elderly couple visiting busy cities and paid for and expected, a meet and greet facility. I repeat with one exception. This has not occurred. We want this to work for ourselves, our travel agent and your company. therefore require that you confirm to us immediately that the meet and greet with named with the name board will be provided For remaining transfers specifically the one for Garde de Lyon in Paris booking number 2750594. also that meeting points are clearly advised prior to arrival by the driver. if you are unable or unwilling to do so, this advice is formal notification that we will cancel all remaining transfers, and the requirement that refunds be made to us immediately. in the interests of resolving this situation,

At the time of publishing I still have not received a response.

The pickup was great. Our driver picked us up as scheduled and fit us all into his car with our luggage.
But that’s where it all went wrong. My family and I have never been so scared in a car in our life.
He was constantly distracted by his phone, took several calls during our ride and was not using a hands-free device for the call.
He was swerving all over the road, on and off the accelerator, constantly. At one point, he was looking at his phone so much that he veered out of our lane and into another, almost hitting another car. It was just about the scariest drive I’ve ever been on in my life, especially by a hired company.
We purposely didn’t go to Uber or Lyft because we were coming back from a long plane trip and wanted to make sure we were handled professionally by a professional driver.
I guess that is not what your company provides.

I booked a ride from the Vancouver Cruise Pier to the airport. 24 hours before the ride was scheduled, Elife was notified that I would not have phone or email service on the day scheduled. I was told by a company rep to wait at the limo/taxi area & look for the driver holding a sign with my name . I did that,but after waiting for an hour, he never appeared. I had to take a taxi in order to just make an international flight in proper time. The next day, once at home, I discovered text messages from the driver ultimately wanting me to walk over to a hotel then text him to come & get me as he was having a problem parking. Lack of communication and sending an inexperienced driver has cancelled any future use of this service since they have proven to be unreliable. I have filed for a refund with their accounting department but have yet to hear from them. I suppose they'll just ignore me, keep my money and probably scam other clients. They have sent me a couple of emails stating they're "looking into this in detail" but I have yet to hear any more from them nor have I received a refund.
Apparently, they just string you along & hope you forget that they've kept your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

This review is about Elife Limo, not the actual service that did their best to accommodate us.

Elife Limo sold us a ride to/from airport to the resort for a “Lincoln Navigator or similar.” It was less than 30 minutes each way and they charged us $375.

A taxi van showed up. It was fine. Clean, nice drivers. But it wasn’t what we were sold.

I spoke to the owner of the company who picked us up. Elife only communicates via Whatapp, and does not pay the service provider anywhere near what we paid. I confirmed a child’s seat twice with Elife, which you can only do via chat, and they assured me it was confirmed. Elife told the service provider we only needed a child seat for the return trip. So we had to wait at the airport 30 minutes while another van brought a child’s seat.

Elife is a scam. do not use them. Work with the resort, or just search a local service provider.

You could start by picking us up from the cruise ship in San Francisco. Had to get a cab to the Airport. pick up from airport & hotel was good. I rang all the contact numbers on the print out but it just kept ringing out even Tryed the UK emergency number same thing. Believe the reviews if you book this company.

The wrong car was sent to pick us up despite booking asking for a larger car which we have had previously on the first trip with them. They refused to give a refund despite their mistake and is having to use an Uber. The office staff were rude and unhelpful and tried to say that a 6 seater is the same as an 8 seater that we booked.
Do yourself a favour and use anyone but them
