Pretty terrible

I agree with many of the comments from other reviewers. It was raining outside and inside the bus. Water poured in wet the seats. Water came through light fittings. The brakes... read more

Because I bought tickets at 12.30pm we were given 2 days for the price of 1 so good value. Went with a couple of different drivers over the 2 days and found them all to be extremely knowledgeable about San Francisco. They told us so much trivia and history on the area like which comedians started out at a particular... More

At the end of the day this takes you to the same places, but without the pizazz of the big bus company. The bus we were on was old and had seen better days but was comfortable enough. We did get to go over the bridge and the driver/guide was informative about the sights we passed. We stayed on so... More

We toured SF by bus this past week and it was great! The bus was safe and the guide was very informative, yet informal and funny. Highly recommend it!

We were mislead into buying a two day tour which was meant to include four lines. Turns out that only 1 line runs during the day and a 2nd at night for about 2 hours. We complained to Paul, and were treated to the rudest customers service we have ever experienced. We were eventually refunded half our money but had... More

I agree with many of the comments from other reviewers. It was raining outside and inside the bus. Water poured in wet the seats. Water came through light fittings. The brakes made a terrible noise and shuddered like mad. The poor driver kept apologising. The bus fogged up and we could see nothing. To top it off we waited for... More

This is the worst tour operator in the city. I tried to complain but the phone numbers on the card are a scam as well. 1 sells medical alert device and the other just a voce box. They are broken down buses, inexperienced tour guides, the woman driver told us where to buy cheap items at salvation army/good will and... More

It was just a blast to get this tour, our guide was very knowledgeable of San Fran and it's history. The ability to hop on-hop off with unlimited jumps over 2 days gave us the opportunity to see and experience this wonderful city. We did the full tour first, then decided to use the hop off feature to visit and... More

This is the worst sightseeing tour I have EVER done in the world! If I could have given it zero stars I would have!! The tour is advertised as multi lingual, however we weren't even provided with headphones never mind a commentary, although a Ross dress for less was pointed out near pier 39! We had an unscheduled stop on... More

Maybe I was lucky but I had a much better experience than other reviewers. I had a few hours before my flight so this was the best way to see the whole city, including going over the Golden Gate Bridge with a 15 minute stop for photos. This is a great way to experience the bridge and the amazing city... More
