Beautiful and reverent services.

The High Mass had their choral group with music. The interior is similar to what you would see in Europe and surely is a wonderful venue for Sunday Mass.

Superlative milestone
Oct. 2018 • Couples
Visible from afar it's a truly magnificent profile. With a facade that has Baroque, amongst other, influences it is an attractive and impressive construct that was consecrated in 1914.

Inside is most imposing. Standing at the entrance the vista along the nave is awe inspiring. It culminates at the high altar with its embracing columns and wonderful dome.

A coloured ceiling with lovely designs is a further outstanding feature. Much statuary is in evidence, including a grand portrayal of the eponymous St. Ignatius and a tender sculpture of Our Lady and Infant Jesus.

Christmas Eve
Dec. 2017 • Couples
Since college days at USF love going here. The church is beautiful. The Christmas Eve mass was spectacular.
It is large and recommend stopping in to pray or meditate.

Largest College Chapel west of the Mississippi
Dec. 2017 • Couples
A should visit for almost everyone. On the campus of the University of San Francisco, this is, I believe, the largest college chapel west of the Mississippi river. Very ornate, you should walk along the various side chapels to view art, marble altars, etc. Facility is used for graduations, concerts, and of course mass. The catholic order who oversees the church are Jesuit so sermons and music at mass are top notch. Also, makes for a beautiful landmark at night when the church is lit externally.
