One of the best walking trail in San Francisco. This area is a lot of fun to explore and to climb around on. You can spend a lot of time here if you choose and it is ideal for sunset at Sutro Baths.

Go here in the afternoon, and get nice views of the bridge while you hike through some nice trails. Some of the trails are steep but easily manageable. It is a good place to go after visiting Golden Gate Park. Free parking and clean restrooms.

Another great way to enjoy the many spectacular sights in San Francisco. We hiked it shortly after heavy rains, and we had to be very careful with our footing, especially going downhill. Have your camera ready, and finish your hike with a drink at Cliff...More

The bus that runs along Geary St. is a good way to go. It is an East/West direction. Almost all of the North/South running buses cross Geary. No problem. Take the Geary bus West and get off at the end of the line. The... More
