One of a kind street view. Lots of zig zag turns but totally enjoyable view. Lots of tourists can be found at this street. Visit just for a good view of the SFO streets.

Being in SF it's a must to walk down Lombard wighning road. People come just to get a photo. So it stops traffic. So what.

Walked to Lombard Street and the streets are pretty steep so be careful. Had a sprained ankle but manage to and concord the challenge. Way worth it :) Not sure how people live in those houses??? lol

Its a well known crooked street so I can say its kind of a landmark but if you have a packed itinerary this place can be skipped i think. traffic is quite busy too (we went on a sunday afternoon)

Honestly, if you don't want to walk a couple of blocks, have a reputable cab drop you at the top and then walk down. That's what we did and loved it!
